Delivery & Refunds

We guarantee delivery on all orders where a correct shipping address has been provided. For tracked orders, we will verify delivery status through Australia Post. For untracked orders, we will resend if nothing has arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation. In either case, contact us and we will make it right.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for any other reason.

We do not encourage or endorse germination or cultivation of cannabis except where expressly permitted by local law. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws governing cannabis in their state. We will not engage in discussions concerning germination.

In the event that the fulfilment of any order or contract is prevented or delayed due to acts of God, war, blockade, revolution, government action to restrict energy or any other essential growing and harvesting components, prohibition of exports or imports, riots, strikes, lockouts, fires, and/or detention at sea, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages.
