Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or cryptocurrency. When paying by EFT, include your order number in the reference field — this is how we match your payment to your order.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared.

Dispatch

We dispatch most orders on the same or next business day once payment clears. Orders paid before 11am Monday to Friday generally go out that day. Orders that settle after 11am go out the following business day.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Two options are available at checkout:

Tracked Standard — $9. Your order is lodged with a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once dispatched and can follow progress via the Australia Post tracking page. Most tracked orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Remote and regional areas, including WA and NT, may take a little longer.

Free — Stamped Letter, Untracked. Your order is sent as a standard letter through the Australia Post network. No tracking number is provided. 

Delivery Guarantee

We offer a resend guarantee on all orders. For tracked orders, if Australia Post confirms your parcel is lost rather than delayed, we’ll resend at no extra cost. For untracked orders, we’ll resend if nothing has arrived within 15 business days of dispatch.

The guarantee applies as long as the shipping address you provided is correct. We take no responsibility for orders that don’t arrive due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout — please double-check your details before placing your order.
